Who doesn’t love swimming in the cool, clear, and beautiful sea? During the summer, Kirby enjoys going to the beach with their friend, Waddle Dee. They would certainly love to try new activities like beach volleyball and parasailing.
This artwork was inspired by the streets of Hong Kong at night where many neon signs can be seen, overlapping each other and creating an extraordinary scenery which cannot be seen elsewhere. I wanted to capture the magical feeling of this so I illustrated a surreal scene using bright saturated colours and a cartoon-esque style.
